Carpets get vacuumed, sofas get brushed down, but a mattress usually gets a change of sheets and nothing else. Over the years it takes on dust, skin, hair and sweat, and eventually that is what makes a bed smell tired no matter how fresh the bedding is.

The mattress is cleaned in place, so you do not need to strip the room, turn it or lift it. The surface is vacuumed first with a professional-grade machine to take out the dry soil. Cleaning solution is then worked in with a handheld tool, and hot water with a neutralising solution is injected and pulled straight back out again with the dirt in it, leaving no sticky residue behind.
Shane does the work himself, so the person who quotes your job is the person who turns up to do it. He explains what he is going to do before he starts, and cleans up after himself when he is finished.
